I'm a UX researcher with 10 years’ experience developing consumer and business products. I currently work in Westpac’s strategy and digital experience team. I previously worked at Meta as part of the Reality Labs team, working on the Quest and Portal product lines. I also completed my PhD as part of the Materialising Memories research team, where I investigated how businesses can create physical and digital products that evoke emotional attachment with their customers.
With a background in Industrial Design, I started my career in the retail marketing sector as a designer at point-of-sale design consultancy Pop This. During this time I worked with a range of global retail brands including Revlon, Unilever and Energizer.
As a side passion, I’ve lectured and taught at the University of Technology Sydney in courses related to design research, user-centred design, interaction design, product engineering and sustainability.
